Who am I?
Cat enthusiast and behaviorist. My name is Karolina. Cats have been a part of my life for as long as I can remember – today, I work with them professionally as a feline behaviorist (currently completing the one-year COAPE Advanced Diploma) and animal aromatherapist (Animal Herbal Therapy workshops).
I want your cat to feel calm, understood, and happy. I help cat guardians across Poland and Iceland – both online and in person.

What does a behavioral consultation for a cat look like?
At the beginning, I’ll want to get to know your cat better — whether the consultation is online or in person. You can expect questions about your cat’s age, medical history, current medications, background (where they came from), how they react to other animals, diet, whether they go outdoors, if they’ve experienced any trauma, and more.
To help with this, I’ll send you a short questionnaire to fill out before our scheduled meeting.
What does an in-person consultation look like?
I come to the place where the cat lives and observe and assess the environment they inhabit. I’m particularly interested in feline resources — communication pathways, living zones, the placement and type of food and water bowls, scratching posts, beds, and other animals or human companions around the cat.
With your permission, I take photos and short videos to analyze later in detail. At the same time, I conduct an interview with the cat’s guardian and then prepare an action plan (within 2–4 working days after the consultation).
The consultation lasts about 2–3 hours, depending on the situation.
What does an online consultation look like (via WhatsApp, Zoom)
An online consultation follows a similar structure to an in-person one. In fact, it’s often a better option as it removes a potential stressor for the cat — the appearance of a new person in the home.
For online consultations, I ask you to send video recordings of your home, especially the cat’s space. I conduct a video call with the cat’s guardian and then prepare a specific action plan (within 2–4 working days after the consultation).
The consultation typically lasts about 2–3 hours, depending on the needs.
What do recommendations look like after a consultation? When are they effective?
The recommendations are prepared in written form and sent by email. They are tailored to the specific case. The effectiveness of the therapy depends on the immediate implementation of the recommendations.
Two weeks after sending the plan, I follow up with the cat’s guardian to check on the progress and, if needed, adjust the plan based on the results achieved.
How to organize individual training about cats (offer for kindergartens, foundations)?
For this purpose, please contact me by email or phone. We will determine the scope of the workshop and set a date. I may need around a month to prepare the materials.
